UPND Mourns Sibeta

UPND is mourning the death of their senior member and former Luena lawmaker Chripin Sibeta who died in Lusaka after an illness.

Sibeta was Member of Parliament for Lwena constituency and engaged parliament into active debates on many occasions.

He often reminded government leaders not to be developing potbellies at the expense of the poor Zambians.

UPND spokesperson Charles Kakoma said when confirming the death that the death of Sibeta is a great loss to the nation.

Kakoma described Sibeta as a vibrant politician and fearless debater in parliament.
