Zambian Woman Breaks into Simon Cowell’s Home

A Zambian woman has been arrested in London for breaking into Simon Cowell’s London house by smashing a window with a brick or a rock.

Leanne Zaloumis was a contestant in Miss Zambia U.K in 1998.  The “X Factor” executive producer Cowell was home at the time the incident happened on March 24, 2012. Leanne Zaloumis, 29, was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary, and she is due back in Isleworth Crown Court in London on June 12, 2012.

Zaloumis (a bachelorette who lives alone in south London) was unemployed at the time of her arrest. She has previously worked in administrative jobs and more recently was a caregiver assistant.  According to the Daily Mail: of UK Miss Zaloumis has three brothers in the U.K. and two half-brothers in Zambia.

After moving to Peckham with her family, she attended Kingsdale Secondary School in Dulwich Village before going on to complete a business and finance course at Kingston College.
