Renard Takes Chipolopolo into Closed Door Sessions Ahead of Uganda Clash

African champions Zambia are opting for two days of closed door training session to fine tune their tactics in the final days of preparations for the first leg final round 2013 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Uganda.

The training sessions today and tomorrow Renard will keep away members of the public, the media and possible Uganda scouts from observing the finer tactical details the Zambians will apply at Levy Stadium on Saturday.

Renard has a full house and it is seemingly difficult for him to come up with the final team to face the Cranes of Uganda.

Holland-based striker Jacob Mulenga, newly signed Southampton striker Emmanuel Mayuka, Christopher Katongo and James Chamanga are the four big strikers position for a first team place.

It seems the strikeforce will be the most difficult part for Renard to decide and he is already telling his stars to be patient and remain united if they don’t make it in the starting 11.

The East Africans are scheduled to arrive in Zambia tomorrow and will have the feel of Levy Stadium turf around 15:00 hours in the afternoon.

After the first leg, Zambia will travel to Uganda in October to complete the two fixtures and determine who qualifies to the 2013 tournament in South Africa.
