This is in an apparent reference to Miles Sampa who has been going round the country in the guise of party mobilisation, but crying foul that his late president Michael Sata’s party had been hijacked by non founders.
Sampa, who lost the race to succeed late president Sata to President Edgar Lungu, has lamented of being sidelined despite sacrificing for the party.
“Those who think PF is personal- to- order must leave PF and form their own parties and we shall meet them on August 11 2016, ” said President Lungu during a rally in Choma.
“I am fed up with people who think PF belongs to them as founder member and that they alone have an exclusive right to the succession of the late Mr Sata. If you think you can challenge us get out and leave PF to the progressive ideals upon which the late visionary leader founded it,” said President Lungu.
The President has also assured the people of Southern Province that he will go through in the first round of the forthcoming elections.
“Let me tell you…there will be no re-run. I am going to win with a clear majority on the first round. When I ran last year, some people spread falsehoods but now you know me! We mean serious business.” said President Lungu.
