The duo identified as Benny Mubanga, 34, and Kafula Mubanga, 42, have been nabbed for allegedly obtaining money by false pretences.
Copperbelt Police chief Charity Katanga said the duo was allegedly enrolling students for degree courses in Nursing and Clinical medicine without approval from General Nursing Council of Zambia and Health Professional Council of Zambia.
Katanga said police received a complaint from one of the female students, Mutinta Likando of Ndola, who reported that she and 15 others had their money amounting to K16, 150 obtained falsely by the university management.
She stated that Citizen University in Lusaka had all courses approved by relevant institutions, but that consent was not transferable to the Chingola campus.
The two directors, including another, were last year in November arrested for a similar offence.
