The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has set either May 18 or 22 as the dates for Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) vetoed presidential aspirant Kalusha Bwalya’s hearing through videoconferencing.
Kalusha, who applied to re-contest the FAZ top position, was disqualified on the basis that he failed an integrity test but appealed to CAS and also requested, among the provisional measures, that the elections be halted until his case is heard.
The CAS now has to decide whether Kalusha Bwalya should be barred or it should be voters to have a last word.
